Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Finance)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office in Bussigny, Switzerland or London, UK. Applicants must have current eligibility to work in the country where they apply.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for EMEA and global users across Oracle Financials modules and other financial systems.
• Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and subject matter experts to define business and functional requirements.
• Translate finance processes into Oracle ERP solution designs, including fit-gap analysis, process redesign, and target-state documentation.
• Prepare functional deliverables such as business and functional requirements, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Guide the full solution lifecycle from design and configuration through testing, training, cutover support, and stabilization.
• Partner with integration and technical teams on banking, procurement, payroll, billing, tax, Shopify, and reporting integrations, while coordinating process improvements and small supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience providing IT solutions for Finance and Accounting, with a bachelor’s degree and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financial systems and modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Incentive Compensation, Revenue Management, Tax, and Cost Management.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion or OneStream and reporting tools such as OBIEE or Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams, communicate clearly, and work with global regulations and requirements.
• Current eligibility to work in Switzerland or the United Kingdom, depending on the office selected.

• Finance, accounting, or project management certifications.
• Experience with global financial operations and consolidations.
• Supply chain and distribution experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
