Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Corporate Finance): Owning and improving recurring FP&A reporting, forecasting, and planning processes across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with an accent on financial modeling, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on consolidating complex financial data, automating reporting workflows, supporting Board and investor materials, and building analytics solutions with EPBCS, Power BI, and Snowflake.
Location: Onsite in the Seaport Boston office, Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Salary: $145,530–$217,600 annually, plus potential performance-based and long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and planning cycles.
- Standardize management reporting, including gross margin bridges, EBITDA variance analysis, and ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate forecasting and reporting submissions with Business Unit finance teams and EPBCS users.
- Prepare Board of Directors materials and earnings release content with Finance leadership.
- Partner with Data Analytics and BI teams to resolve data quality issues and develop reporting tools.
- Improve and automate FP&A workflows, documentation, templates, and knowledge transfer for junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related finance discipline, preferably in corporate FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, variance analysis, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with EPM tools such as PBCS/FCCS, Oracle EPM, or Hyperion.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and cross-functional project management.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA certification.
- Experience with Snowflake or another data warehouse.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or medical technology.
