Specialist - Operations, Brokerage Retirement Accounts (Retirement Brokerage)

Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site work four days per week in Omaha, Nebraska; Phoenix, Arizona; or Westlake, Texas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $24.47–$34.62 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support operational functions for Personal Choice Retirement Service clients in a business-to-business environment.
• Analyze, research, and resolve cases involving account management, problem resolution, account transfers, and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information to clients.
• Perform data entry, quality assurance reviews, and document processing while meeting service-level standards.
• Participate in ongoing operational projects and review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Apply independent judgment while following compliance, risk, corporate, and industry procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in brokerage operations.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-up, and ability to manage complex work.
• Advanced analytical and prioritization skills with sound independent decision-making.
• Technical proficiency with multiple applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet research, database systems, and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, client service, and proactive follow-up skills.
• Current US work authorization is required; employer sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

• Understanding of qualified retirement plan rules and working knowledge of ERISA.
