Senior Specialist, Account Operations

What you will do

• Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently using banking systems and financial tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional customer service.
• Perform quality checks to verify transaction accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Identify and resolve transactional discrepancies, errors, and exceptions, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and supporting documentation.
• Follow regulatory requirements, internal policies, industry standards, and data confidentiality and security practices.

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail throughout the transaction processing cycle.
• Proficiency with banking systems, financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional banking operations certification or training.
• 2+ years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
