Registered Brokerage Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the operational execution of partner account conversions and inbound asset migrations from clearing brokers to hirify.global.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Broker API partners and manage the migration lifecycle from planning through completion.
• Lead the onboarding and conversion of introducing brokers and RIAs from other clearing or custodial firms.
• Coordinate operational setup, documentation, system integration, and stakeholder communication for new partner firms.
• Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for conversion and integration processes.
• Reconcile migrated assets and work with compliance, product, and engineering teams to resolve conversion gaps and data issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or account transfer operations.
• Hands-on experience with ACATS account transfers, DTC settlements, broker-dealer back-office workflows, and conversion or migration files.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure, including weekend and off-hours conversion windows.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• FINRA SIE certification is required; Series 7 certification is required or must be obtained within 180 days of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting broker-dealer or RIA conversions from other clearing or custodial firms.
• Familiarity with ACATS lifecycle, DTC deliveries, SPOs, journals, ledger uploads, fractional shares, cost-basis and tax-lot transfers, and residual account handling.
• Exposure to clearing firm platforms such as Pershing, Apex, NFS, or DriveWealth.
• Working knowledge of FINRA and SEC requirements related to account transfers and customer asset protection.
• Comfort reading SQL queries and collaborating with engineering teams on data validation.
