Warehouse and Inventory Operations Lead (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Orlando, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse, yard, dock, and inventory operations supporting fiber deployment programs.
• Receive, inspect, stage, store, issue, transfer, return, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS transactions for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments, and project inventory activity.
• Manage cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, inventory levels, material consumption, and supply risks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier scheduling, loading, unloading, shipping documentation, and warehouse transfers.
• Support contractors, vendors, carriers, field teams, and internal stakeholders while escalating safety and operational issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, yard management, or material management.
• ERP/WMS experience and a record of maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, transaction processing, data entry, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe; ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and move 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and ability to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting telecommunications, fiber, construction, utility, or related infrastructure operations.
