Inventory Warehouse Coordinator (AI Hardware)

Location: On-site in San Jose, with reliable transportation required between hirify.global locations in San Jose (Santana Row) and Milpitas. Swing shift: 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., Monday–Friday.

Compensation: Hourly, competitive, based on experience and qualifications. This is a 1099 contract position requiring 40–50 hours per week.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, log, label, and route components, assemblies, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Verify quantities, part information, and documentation against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and real-time material visibility in NetSuite, inventory tools, and spreadsheets.
• Organize storage areas, conduct cycle counts, and support inventory reconciliation and audit activities.
• Pick, stage, and distribute materials for engineering builds, testing, and daily lab operations.
• Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate material movement between hirify.global facilities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures precisely.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Comfort working in a physical environment and lifting or moving materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, and an 8,000-lb forklift; forklift training is provided.

Nice to have

• Prior lab or warehouse experience in a semiconductor or hardware environment.
• Experience with inventory audits or compliance processes.
• Familiarity with startup operations or fast-paced R&D cycles.
