Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote; collaboration with teams in US and UK time zones

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, investment priorities, and roadmaps for one or more enterprise SaaS products in the financial services portfolio.
• Translate strategy into functional requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and prioritized backlogs.
• Coordinate product delivery with Engineering, QA, UX, Data, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
• Engage customers through interviews, discovery workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Track delivery progress, release readiness, execution risks, adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and other product KPIs.
• Identify and deliver AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, knowledge management, and intelligent workflow capabilities for financial products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product leadership roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, customer-facing initiatives, product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, software development lifecycles, and modern SaaS product delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with teams in US and UK time zones and experience working with distributed global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services software, banking technology, lending, mortgage, wealth management, treasury, or fintech products.
• Familiarity with financial operations, compliance, risk management, digital banking, CRM, loan origination, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise customers, long-lived SaaS products, or multiple products within a portfolio organization.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or intelligent business applications.
