What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into intuitive customer journeys.
• Utilize data, user feedback, and research to drive product decisions.
• Launch features and monitor performance to drive continuous iterations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or founder.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven ability to ship real products in collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Proficiency with metrics, user feedback, and experimentation.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Strong English communication skills.
