What you will do

• Set long-term strategy for a product portfolio, including investment, development, and retirement decisions.
• Define priorities based on customer needs, market changes, and business goals.
• Translate API-first, agent-driven, and emerging capabilities into customer value and product direction.
• Establish and track goals for adoption, retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, and market position.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, commercial teams, and senior leaders on priorities and dependencies.
• Lead and coach product managers while presenting portfolio strategy, trade-offs, risks, and progress to executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading product managers or product teams.
• Product management experience in fintech, financial services technology, or large-scale data products.
• Experience setting product portfolio strategy and investment priorities.
• Experience managing products through major technology or business model changes.
• Experience with product performance metrics, packaging, pricing, positioning, or monetization.
