What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end (payments, remittance, insurance, or wealth), managing strategy, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical designs, focusing on idempotency, ledgering, and reconciliation.
• Manage complex trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and UX.
• Integrate regulatory constraints like KYC, CDD, and sanctions screening as first-class product inputs.
• Apply AI and LLMs to improve outcomes while maintaining deterministic control and auditability.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
• Strong technical foundation in system design (APIs, datastores, queues, and failure modes).
• Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and AI evaluation metrics.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Engineer or highly-technical PM background.
• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
• Experience with the Southeast Asian (SEA) market.
