Senior Director, Synthetic Intelligence Products (AI)

Location: Remote – U.S.A.

Base salary: $150K–$200K per year, plus a potential discretionary incentive and benefits dependent on full-time employment status.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, growth objectives, and revenue targets for the synthetic intelligence product portfolio.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities involving synthetic respondents, synthetic audiences, data augmentation, simulation, digital respondent twins, personas, and data quality solutions.
• Lead customer discovery, assess product-market fit, and develop business cases and investment recommendations.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and scale, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with research, data science, engineering, commercial, operations, panel, and technology leaders to turn technical capabilities into scalable products.
• Build and scale a high-performing product management team as the portfolio grows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics, market research, AI, or a related field.
• Experience launching and scaling innovative data, analytics, research, or technology products.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies, panel-based data, survey science, statistical modeling, or synthetic intelligence.
• Experience developing product strategy, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical, business, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including influencing VP-level and executive stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams and operating effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
