Senior Director, Product Management (AEC)

Location: Hybrid remote; must be based in the United States or Canada

Salary: $206,000 – $369,050 (base salary for US-based roles)

What you will do

• Develop and lead the global graphics strategy and product vision for the Visualization Solution platform.
• Lead, scale, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Create and maintain customer-centric roadmaps, managing the lifecycle from concept to post-release adoption.
• Partner with business strategy and sales teams to align on and capture market opportunities.
• Establish and track strategic objectives, OKRs, and product health KPIs.
• Represent hirify.global's graphics and visualization strategy at customer sites and external industry conferences.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management, AEC, or graphics technology leadership.
• 10+ years of experience managing teams of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
• Deep understanding of Graphics and BIM Modelling.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive business strategies and decisions.
