Senior Platform Product Manager (Diagnostics)

Location: South San Francisco, United States

Salary: $165,800–$207,300 USD annually, plus performance incentives and long-term equity awards.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for Panorama and other clinical tests.
• Define product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence, including feature and program prioritization.
• Track product performance, develop quantitative indicators, and identify improvement strategies across teams.
• Conduct voice-of-customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features and support market growth.
• Support product positioning, launch planning, pricing, marketing collateral, stakeholder presentations, and progress communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or life sciences, statistics, engineering, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in product management, product or solution marketing, product commercialization, or strategic consulting.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Product Management, R&D, Software Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.
• Ability to understand technology, articulate customer value propositions, and create data-based arguments and presentations.
• Basic financial and economic modeling skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with prenatal products, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or scientific and technical project leadership is preferred.
