Sr. Product Manager - GTM/Platform

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact opportunities and define strategies to scale the platform across the business.
• Set product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and drive delivery against core business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, maintaining team velocity and shipping quality products at scale.
• Track program metrics, report product health to executive audiences, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Partner with channel partners to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teams on launches, onboarding, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of strategic execution and shipping products at scale in a software development environment.
• Strong quantitative and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous situations and drive results.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, proactive ownership, and an execution-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience working with platform product teams and scaling solutions across multiple product teams.
• Experience defining and shipping 0-to-1 features.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
