Senior Director, Data Analytics

Location: Remote in the USA. Employees near hirify.global offices may choose fully remote or hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasional business travel is required, approximately 4–6 times per year.

Hiring range: $120,000–$195,000 per year.

What you will do

• Set the Operations analytics vision, strategy, methodology, quality standards, and technical priorities.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team responsible for forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization, cost assessment, and decision-support tools.
• Direct analysis that improves operational efficiency, customer experience, execution, and cost savings.
• Embed analytics into Product, Program, Technology, Finance, and Operations decision-making.
• Present strategic insights to senior leadership and guide policy-impact modeling, budget assumptions, cost drivers, and variance tracking.
• Develop future capabilities in modeling, AI, data infrastructure, and modern analytical methods.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• 8–10+ years of combined education and professional experience, including practical data analysis and analytics leadership.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative or equivalent field required.
• Advanced skills in forecasting, statistical analysis, and cost assessment.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior-leader decisions with analytics.
• Experience applying analytics to operational, customer experience, or process-improvement challenges in government, education, technology, or service-based environments.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with predictive modeling, optimization, forecasting, cost assessment, or decision support.
