Senior Director, Social Analytics (AI)

Location: Primarily on-site in Needham, Massachusetts, United States, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead four regional Managers and establish global social measurement frameworks, standards, and priorities.
• Build the social analytics function, including its organization, talent model, analytical processes, and long-term operating model.
• Direct the transition from manual reporting to AI-powered, agent-driven insight generation.
• Measure performance across organic, paid, influencer, and earned social channels, including engagement, community growth, campaign ROI, and brand impact.
• Oversee global social listening and intelligence to identify trends, sentiment shifts, competitor activity, viral moments, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with social, marketing, creative, brand, media, product, IMC, regional marketing, and executive stakeholders to shape strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of analytics experience with significant social media analytics expertise.
• Direct people-leadership experience managing managers across distributed regional teams.
• Deep experience measuring global social performance across paid, organic, influencer, and earned ecosystems.
• Experience with advanced data visualization, statistical modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience using AI-powered or agentic workflows to scale insight generation beyond manual analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and social listening tools.
