Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (Oncology)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina; territory from Charleston to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Duties are typically performed in medical office or hospital settings and require 25–50% travel.

First-year on-target earnings: $110,000–$130,000 USD, plus uncapped commission, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Support the assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist in growing, maintaining, and servicing existing oncology accounts.
• Build relationships with oncology account personnel to support unit growth and Sighirify.global patient retention.
• Monitor patient testing cadence and protocol adherence to help improve patient outcomes.
• Assess medical staff needs, coordinate logistics, and resolve customer-support and test-fulfillment issues.
• Educate medical professionals on hirify.global oncology products, tools, and test-order management resources.
• Maintain KPI reports and collaborate with sales representatives, patient coordinators, territory managers, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background as a medical assistant, clinical support specialist, patient liaison, or nurse in oncology, or at least 2 years of medical sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn software and reporting systems quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail; ability to understand data spreadsheets and technologies.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel 25–50%.
