Territory Training & Sales Manager (Senior Services)

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA; remote work from home with extensive local travel to customer homes, healthcare providers, senior events, and community organizations.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annual earning range, including a $45,000 base salary, plus uncapped earning potential.

What you will do

• Install hirify.global phones and other products, connect them to customers’ existing services, and train customers on product features.
• Generate leads and referrals through customer relationships, community events, retirement communities, and hearing professionals.
• Build relationships with senior organizations, hearing care providers, business partners, and local community groups.
• Attend and organize senior-focused events, trade shows, and educational activities.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory for customer service activities.
• Manage customer and territory records using Salesforce and other company tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience in business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environments.
• Valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and ability to travel extensively by car and occasionally by air.
• Ability to work from a local home office with high-speed internet.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Sales or professional experience working with seniors.
• Experience in the hearing health field.
