HR Consultant

Location: Hybrid across the Nashville area, including several days per week in-office in Franklin, TN, and remote work with as-needed onsite support in Brentwood, TN

What you will do

• Design and deliver client-facing HR solutions using a human-centered approach.
• Own client engagement delivery, strategic alignment, profitability, KPIs, reporting, billable tracking, and project data.
• Build client relationships, provide strategic insights through metrics such as eNPS, turnover, and time to fill, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize HR processes, policies, and systems, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance practices.
• Analyze organizational capabilities, design workforce plans, and facilitate planning workshops with leadership.
• Lead human capital due diligence, integration planning, post-close execution, organizational transformation, and change management.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in HR, consulting, or professional services, including HRBP experience.
• Broad HR generalist expertise with strong data storytelling skills.
• Experience managing client relationships, projects, deadlines, and end-to-end delivery.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to split time across two client environments in the Nashville area and travel between them as needed.

Nice to have

• Paylocity experience.
• Client-facing experience in professional services, PEOs, or recruiting agencies.
• Master’s degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR technology certification in Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
