Sr. Consultant, Organizational Design

Location: United States; remote phase after an initial research period involving travel to dispersed U.S. client locations.

Annualized compensation: $100,000–$135,000, depending on experience, education, geographic location, certifications, skills, and other qualifications.

What you will do

• Design and execute internal and external research studies supporting organizational design, effectiveness, and optimization.
• Develop research methodologies using focus groups, stakeholder interviews, surveys, benchmarking, market research, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct field research and facilitate discussions with stakeholders across organizational levels, functions, and local markets.
• Analyze findings to identify organizational trends, gaps, opportunities, and employee-experience improvements.
• Translate research into recommendations, ROI and business impact analyses, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports and present findings to senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations, preferably Fortune 100 enterprises, through organizational research, design, effectiveness, strategy, transformation, or related consulting engagements.
• Hands-on experience with research studies, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and research-driven strategy.
• Ability to take engagements from research and analysis through recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation planning.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or visa transfer; C2C arrangements are not available. Bachelor's degree required.
