Contract Recruiter

Location: Remote within Texas, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Salary: $35–$45 per hour.

What you will do

• Build relationships with hiring managers and deliver qualified candidates for open roles.
• Execute and continuously improve a scalable, best-in-class recruitment process.
• Advise managers and business leaders on labor-market trends, sourcing methods, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Source, assess, and guide candidates through a high-quality hiring experience.
• Represent the hirify.global brand when working with candidates, vendors, and external organizations.
• Support the Recruiting team and collaborate with the broader People Team.

Requirements

• Over five years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience navigating sourcing and recruiting challenges.
• Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms.
• Knowledge of labor-market conditions and current recruitment trends.
• Strong data orientation and understanding of how analytics support recruiting success.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
