TL;DR
Resuscitation Program Specialist (Healthcare): Supporting the implementation and quality oversight of resuscitation training programs across Alberta and Saskatchewan with an accent on stakeholder relationships, program compliance, and regional coordination. Focus on analyzing Salesforce and reporting data, resolving quality issues, strengthening instructor networks, and using AI-enabled tools to improve program oversight.
Location: Fully remote, with candidates required to live in Alberta or Saskatchewan, Canada, have access to a car, and travel within the region as needed.
Applicants must currently reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Contract: 12 months

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with instructors, instructor trainers, training institutions, professional organizations, and other regional stakeholders.
- Support the adoption, delivery, growth, and sustainability of resuscitation programs across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Monitor program quality and compliance, assess complaints and quality issues, and support investigations, resolutions, and escalations.
- Use Salesforce, reports, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve network performance and program quality.
- Coordinate regional implementation, timelines, stakeholders, resources, events, volunteers, and updates aligned with national standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a liaison between the external training network and Heart & Stroke.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in business, health science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, relationship management, customer service, business development, or corporate sales.
- Strong organization, communication, judgment, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in matrixed, remote teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce or another CRM to turn data into insights and actions.
- Current residence in Canada and legal entitlement to work in Canada are required.
Nice to have
- Adult education certification or training.
- Heart & Stroke Instructor certification or instructional experience with another agency.
- Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems, resuscitation training agencies, medical terminology, or life support equipment.
- Healthcare or not-for-profit experience.
- French/English bilingualism.
