Salary: $73,698.00–$117,917.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead NCQA Health Plan Accreditation activities, with primary responsibility for Member Experience and Credentialing/Recredentialing standards.
• Plan and conduct annual readiness assessments, mock surveys, audits, credentialing file reviews, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Oversee delegated credentialing vendors and entities, including performance monitoring, annual audits, corrective action plans, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate NCQA survey documentation, data source reports, submission readiness, stakeholder engagement, and survey response development.
• Maintain program work plans and tracking tools covering progress, risks, compliance status, metrics, and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups and quality improvement meetings while driving continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field; 5 years may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with NCQA accreditation, credentialing operations, compliance, audit readiness, or healthcare quality is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret accreditation standards, identify compliance gaps, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, program tracking, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of program or project management experience in healthcare, quality, or compliance.
• Direct experience with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation surveys, file reviews, and accreditation submissions.
• Experience with delegated credentialing oversight, provider network compliance, and Credentialing/Recredentialing activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional workgroups and corrective action plans in a matrixed environment.
