Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, BC (Great Northern Way); hybrid

hirify.global is an Electronic Arts game studio developing AAA video game franchises and operating across creative, technical, production, and corporate partner teams.

What you will do

• Drive the operational cadence, roadmap execution, and executive agenda for Respawn’s AI Council in alignment with EA’s central AI initiatives.
• Evaluate, deploy, and support internal AI and machine learning tools, including enterprise digital assistant frameworks and operational chargeback models.
• Establish responsible AI governance workflows and policy guidelines across creative, technical, and legal stakeholders.
• Set up and operate the Resource Management Organization function to support internal talent mobility and cross-studio staffing.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve recruitment workflows, hiring velocity, talent forecasting, onboarding, and visibility into priority pipelines.
• Oversee vendor governance, external development partnerships, contracts, budgets, performance evaluations, and cross-studio operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience in the video game industry, technology sector, or complex creative environments.
• Experience leading complex operational programs involving vendor management, talent operations, resource management, or emerging technology integration.
• Understanding of game development lifecycles, game production pipelines, and enterprise AI tools and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead by influence and align creative directors, senior engineers, studio leadership, and corporate teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities, with experience in multi-studio or AAA franchise production environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience establishing governance programs, technology rollout plans, resource management or mobility functions, or strategic external partnership frameworks.
• Familiarity with EA internal operational structures or similar large-scale publisher and studio operations.
