What you will do

• Lead and manage large-scale programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Define scope, deliverables, and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate communication and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
• Prepare program updates, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Chicago from Tuesday through Thursday as part of the hybrid schedule.
