Education Program Manager

Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates in the MENA region. Working hours generally align with the East Coast, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM ET; occasional Saturday work may be required with compensatory time off.

hirify.global develops workforce skills for the AI economy through online programs in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership.

What you will do

• Prepare, launch, and manage live online training programs lasting approximately 12-20 weeks.
• Coordinate application setup, admissions pipelines, applicant support, marketing initiatives, and enrollment activities.
• Manage screening and hiring processes for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
• Monitor learner progress, support instructional staff, troubleshoot course technology, and respond to learner inquiries.
• Manage and mentor a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams while analyzing program metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in an educational or training institution.
• Experience leading and managing teams with autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• Availability to generally work East Coast hours, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM ET.
• Location in the MENA region is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and education-related software.
• Experience in admissions, applicant support, or online training operations.
