What you will do
- Own the global workforce strategy workstream, including scope, planning, milestones, risks, and leadership reporting.
- Build cost-benefit analyses for contractor, EOR, and legal-entity models across international markets.
- Develop a repeatable decision framework covering cost, compliance risk, speed, candidate experience, and operating complexity.
- Drive decisions across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, engineering, and business leadership.
- Support UK expansion and partner with engineering leadership on LATAM hiring plans.
- Establish contractor guardrails, governance processes, playbooks, templates, and decision logs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience with international workforce, global mobility, global expansion, or global HR operations initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with EOR platforms, implementations, contractor engagement models, and legal-entity setup.
- Knowledge of worker classification, permanent establishment, payroll and employment tax, work authorization, benefits, and statutory requirements.
- Direct experience with LATAM and UK markets.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including fully loaded cost comparisons across engagement models and markets.
- Ability to align senior stakeholders without formal authority and communicate clearly through executive memos and operating documents.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Experience scaling from first international hires to a multi-entity footprint.
- Familiarity with equity administration for contractor and EOR populations.
