What you will do
- Oversee preventative and corrective service requests for assigned healthcare accounts.
- Coordinate with service delivery teams, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage program priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and operational risks.
- Gather customer input and align service goals with account strategy.
- Monitor service metrics, identify performance deviations, and facilitate corrective actions.
- Ensure service deliverables meet required quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
- Experience with service operations in complex healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards.
- Experience managing customer and supplier relationships and developing operational strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
