Paid Social Media Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Own and execute the social media strategy across paid, organic, and influencer channels.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative, A/B testing, and incrementality testing.
• Develop influencer marketing campaigns and manage influencer identification, recruitment, negotiation, and relationships.
• Create written, visual, and video content, maintain the content calendar, and manage community engagement.
• Track engagement, reach, traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and ROAS; prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, content, sales, legal, and analytics teams to align messaging and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid social media advertising and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience scaling an influencer marketing program from the ground up.
• Experience with legal and compliance review of creative and copy.
