Operations Manager - Floor (Logistics)

Location: Pedricktown, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement business plans for the assigned operational area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet operational demand.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Supervise managers, leaders, and associates by setting direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus 1 year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or 3 years of comparable experience.
• Alternatively, 1 year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with responsibility for associates, workload, and hiring or promotion activities.
• Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion decisions across multiple departments or operational areas.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
