Senior Operations Manager

Salary: $98,800–$115,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Oversee daily outbound and ICQA operations, including picking, assembly, shipping, and quality control.
• Manage, coach, and develop Operations Managers.
• Own departmental financial planning and budget management.
• Drive quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and audit initiatives.
• Define, track, and evaluate operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner on warehouse design, layout optimization, new business initiatives, and short- and long-term operating plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, or project management.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience collaborating with operations, finance, accounting, buying, or procurement teams to deliver KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building, owning, and delivering operating metrics.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; additional data-tool experience is a bonus.
