Installation Foreman II (Commercial Refrigeration)

What you will do

• Oversee assigned commercial refrigeration installation and remodel projects from scheduling through closeout.
• Coordinate installers, helpers, contractors, subcontractors, customers, and other trades onsite.
• Plan work sequences, assignments, materials, equipment, and labor estimates based on project priorities.
• Track hours, material costs, forecasts, budgets, documentation, and project completion.
• Read plans, blueprints, specifications, control drawings, and technical procedures for refrigeration, cabling, communication loops, energy management, and refrigerant leak systems.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, provide safety training, delegate tasks, and maintain safe, quality service.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience; a technical degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of commercial HVAC/R experience or related experience and training.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at high elevations, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, communication, customer service, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and out of town as required, both independently and within a diverse team.

Nice to have

• EPA 608 certification.
• Technical degree.
