Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site in Lacey, Washington

What you will do

• Process customer orders, handle account inquiries, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions using customer service technology.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that support their business.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Availability for a full-time on-site shift in Lacey, Washington.
