What you will do

• Embed and operationalize strategic sourcing frameworks and governance standards.
• Support Category Leaders and Sourcing Business Partners in executing category strategies.
• Create category strategy content, analyses, and materials for executive review.
• Execute value creation programs including M&A, demand management, and commercial architecture redesign.
• Provide commercial, spend, and supplier performance insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain data quality and reporting for category management initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role plus 2 years in transformation.
• Advanced skills in BI tools, dashboards, and insight generation.
• Practical application of AI and GenAI tools for program delivery.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to frame ambiguous problems.
• Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes.
