Salary: $106,000–$113,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather and document travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System.
• Analyze complex business and system problems, perform what-if analysis, and develop alternative solutions.
• Elicit and analyze requirements through user groups, interviews, regulatory research, and client collaboration.
• Draft requirements, design, and issue-resolution documents.
• Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, and document results.
• Provide subject matter expertise, product management deliverables, and project lifecycle monitoring to support software releases.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle or prior project management experience.
• Expertise with E-Government Travel Systems and Federal Travel Regulations.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, multitasking ability, and professional conduct.
• BA or BS degree.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and upgrade to a Top Secret clearance as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI Momentum applications.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, software testing, and robotic process automation tools such as UiPath or UFT.
