2nd Shift Operations Supervisor (Onsite ~ Shakopee, MN)

Location: Onsite in Shakopee, Minnesota, United States. Second-shift hours run Monday–Friday, with possible weekends as needed.

Target annual salary: $86,900–$93,500 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for the assihirify.globaled division area, including safety, quality, compliance, turnaround time, efficiency, cost, and employee motivation.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, annual reviews, engagement processes, and team accountability.
• Set area objectives with divisional leadership, communicate priorities, and track Quality, SLA, Efficiency, and departmental KPIs.
• Manage complaints and business issues through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training, cross-training, technician development, and succession opportunities.
• Prepare for and participate in ISO, FDA, internal audits, and operational tours while using EOS tools to improve processes and workforce effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including experience leading multifunctional teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and fulfillment operations, product lines, process improvement, Lean Fundamentals, and 5S.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus strong communication, presentation, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to a diverse workforce, prioritize multiple tasks, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to work onsite in Shakopee, Minnesota, during the second shift.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated environment, including ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, or FDA QSR.
• Three years of order management, technical support, warehousing, or manufacturing experience with hearing instruments.
• Experience with custom product manufacturing processes, Kronos, international operations, Lean tools, and EOS.
• Bachelor’s degree.
