Sr. Software Engineer (Framework Solutions), AI & Data Platforms (AiDP)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States. Home office is available.

Base pay: $184,700–$277,600 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Build tools and features for data and machine learning platforms.
• Develop solutions for data processing, insights portals, data observability, data lineage, model hubs, and data visualization.
• Create custom solutions from the ground up and customize open-source products for hirify.global’s needs.
• Build frameworks that extend the functionality of third-party business intelligence tools through APIs.
• Design and develop scalable, performant microservices and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines and constraints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, performant microservices and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications or products.
• Experience with big data technologies, data platforms, distributed computing, SQL, and NoSQL data stores.
• Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks.
