Installation Foreman (Commercial Refrigeration)

What you will do

• Oversee assigned commercial refrigeration installation and remodel projects from scheduling through closeout.
• Coordinate Installers, Helpers, contractors, subcontractors, customers, and other trades on site.
• Plan work sequences, assignments, materials, labor estimates, and project schedules.
• Track hours, material costs, forecasts, budgets, project scope, and completion requirements.
• Read plans, blueprints, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, and technical manuals.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, provide safety training, delegate tasks, and maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, time management, customer focus, and project management skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and out of town as required, while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Technical degree.
• EPA 608 certification.
