Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Beloeil, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during some evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at the Beloeil banking centre and travel to nearby banking centres when required.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
