Facilities Specialist

Location: On-site at 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, Connecticut 06374

Pay: $29–$36 per hour; new hires earn a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor building, painting, and alteration projects.
• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC, and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair interior and exterior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations, and repair furniture and woodwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems, or carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to complete projects on time.
• Ability to lift or move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-site at the Connecticut branch.
