Technician III, Facilities Maintenance

Location: Onsite at the Mohawk Building, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Hourly wage: $21.00–$40.00 per hour. Additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on doors, flooring, structural components, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate facility projects, internal and external resources, schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Relocate and remodel office layouts, including installing and dismantling furniture and fixtures.
• Conduct risk assessments, provide safety instruction, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and external contractors to improve facility processes.
• Coordinate assignments, provide feedback, and support quality and timely completion of work.

Requirements

• Experience in facility repair and maintenance involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor building repairs.
• Project coordination skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Lock Out / Tag Out procedures and applicable safety regulations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, inspection, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Construction experience.
• Driver's license.
