Facilities Technician (Aerospace)

Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine industrial maintenance including fabrication, installation, and inspections of facility equipment.
• Support repair and maintenance of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical components.
• Execute preventative maintenance on compressors, chillers, generators, CNC support systems, and additive manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic issues.
• Manage and update facility work orders through ticketing and asset tracking systems.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all regulatory procedures and rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or construction.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and bending.

Nice to have

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or compressed air systems.
• Exposure to CNC machines or additive manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Experience using CMMS platforms such as Limble.
• Automotive, military, or trade school background.
