What you will do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA and company compliance.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste collection and disposal.
• Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and process outgoing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for U.S. Government export authorizations (ITAR compliance).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
