Senior Operations Advisor (Finance)

Location: Based in New Mexico, United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required. Work schedule: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM Mountain Time.

What you will do

• Lead a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within the Finance organization.
• Establish process performance measurements, monitor business impact, and communicate performance statistics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee production workflows, support team training and mentoring, and resolve complex escalation issues.
• Identify exceptions independently, drive process and production improvements, and collaborate with business partners.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while driving compliance issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, standard operating procedures, problem solving, and decision-making.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, consulting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
