Operations Associate (Finance)

Location: Great Falls, Montana, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Support branch associates and multiple Operations departments.
• Review reports and reconcile outputs from established processes.
• Review daily reports, identify exceptions, and take action to resolve them.
• Process documented procedures and follow up on outstanding items.
• Participate in testing software updates for operational workflows.
• Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Nice to have

• Office experience or basic accounting knowledge.
