Enterprise Deputy Program Manager

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States; onsite support for a government client across three locations, including two CONUS and one OCONUS site

Basic compensation: $150,800–$207,300 annually for the Colorado area

What you will do

• Integrate PMO staff and act as Enterprise Program Manager when required.
• Coordinate enterprise-level tasks, requirements, issues, priorities, and customer support activities.
• Develop plans and schedules, document implementation requirements, and monitor cost, scope, inventory, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
• Identify downstream issues, adapt program plans, and recommend corrective and mitigating actions.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and serve as the primary contact for formal customer discussions.
• Oversee staffing continuity, the PMP, environmental health and safety functions, financial reporting, operating costs, and contract reports.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 15 years of program management experience with large, complex operations and sustainment requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Management experience with P&L responsibility and personnel management experience.
• Proficiency in project management concepts covering schedules, scope, cost, risk, deliverables, and related metrics.
• Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects, including exercise or crisis management and special events.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Quality control or quality assurance certifications.
• Experience managing secure facilities.
