Enterprise Program Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, based in the Boston city limits, with travel up to 35% to customer sites in New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Salary: $93,760–$175,800 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the development and delivery of large integrated customer solutions and enterprise-wide programs.
• Define program plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Drive delivery against scope, cost, quality, and timeline milestones.
• Assess, communicate, and manage program risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, third-party vendors, and project contributors.
• Track revenues, costs, expenses, profits, and customized-solution costing, with responsibility for profit and loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 35% to customer sites within the United States.
• Consent to customer and vendor credentialing requirements may be required, including background checks, drug testing, vaccinations, fingerprinting, and proof of identification.
• Postgraduate education, certification, or a professional license may be required.
