Deputy Program Manager (Network Engineering)

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for contract performance and manage relationships with customers, hirify.global, and stakeholders.
• Lead network engineering team execution and direct the timely completion of Statement of Work activities.
• Track and report cost, schedule, technical, operational, and quality metrics.
• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain programmatic and technical artifacts, including briefings, white papers, use cases, and concept papers.
• Manage resources, qualified cleared personnel, training plans, and skills development across the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of program management experience.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience managing and designing network engineering activities, including dispersed global teams.
• Strong teamwork, communication, organization, customer management, budgeting, risk, quality, Microsoft Office, and collaborative project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience briefing and meeting with senior-level management.
• Understanding of intelligence community customers.
• Practical experience leading processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
