What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for contract performance and project execution.
• Plan and direct the completion of Statement of Work efforts, ensuring timelines are met.
• Track and report key program metrics including cost, schedule, technical, operational, and quality.
• Ensure systems are engineered to meet strict performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain essential programmatic and technical artifacts.
• Manage personnel resources and develop training plans to avoid single points of failure within the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Expertise in Network Engineering management and design.
• Experience managing globally dispersed teams.

• Experience briefing and meeting with senior-level management.
• Deep understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) customer landscape.
