Associate Therapist (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Hybrid, New Hyde Park, New York, United States; availability required during peak hours from 2pm to 7pm.

Salary: $61,000–$75,000 annual base salary.

hirify.global provides virtual and in-person pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care, including therapy, psychiatry, diagnostic evaluation, and psychological testing.

What you will do

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and ongoing therapy for children and teens up to age 18.
• Use evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral issues, and related needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in peer consultation, and contribute to community outreach.
• Build clinical skills through weekly one-on-one supervision, group consultation, training, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and active associate-level LMSW licensure.
• Progress toward the 3,000 supervised hours required for independent licensure.
• Completion of the ASWB National Examinations.
• Foundation in CBT and willingness to expand knowledge of ERP, DBT, PMT, ACT, and related therapies.
• Knowledge of current clinical research and commitment to ethical, evidence-based standards of care.
• Willingness to work with families and children ages 2 to 18.
